Leoch manufactures materials handling batteries in lithium-ion, flooded tubular, and AGM technologies. These solutions are designed for forklifts, pallet trucks, and lifting platforms where high cyclic endurance, fast charging, and deep discharge resilience are critical.

The LiFePO₄ lithium-ion series provides up to 5,000 cycles at 50% DoD. Lightweight with high energy density, these drop-in replacements also support fast charging and low self-discharge, reducing downtime in demanding fleets.

The Flooded DT series delivers more than 700 cycles at 80% DoD. Built with SiO₂-PVC separators and advanced welding, they ensure durability under vibration and include special refilling plugs to reduce water loss.

The AGM LDC series offers over 700 cycles at 80% DoD. Carbon-enhanced plates and double separator design provide long cycle life, high energy density, and improved performance under partial state-of-charge operation.

The DIN and BS traction cell series use tubular flooded technology with antimonial lead spines for deep cycling reliability. Optional automatic refilling plugs simplify maintenance, while non-woven gauntlets reduce resistance and extend service life.

The AGM LPC series supports recovery after full discharge, with additives that restore up to 90% capacity even from 0V. Reinforced casings and wide operating temperatures ensure resilience in harsh warehouse conditions.

Together, these technologies give operators robust power and flexible configurations for multi-shift materials handling operations.
