The company seeks to hire an Order Processing & Logistics Administrator, based in Athens. The role will be reporting to the Logistics and Order Processing Manager and will act as a liaison between our customers and our factories to ensure that the orders and requests of our customers are well processed and satisfied.

Your role:

  • Register, monitor and manage customer orders through ERP system (SAP) / CRM
  • Communicate lead times and exchange information between factories and customers
  • Monitor order progress to ensure customer expectations for delivery are communicated and met
  • Submit order progress reports showing level of service and customer rate satisfaction as per pre-defined KPIs
  • Provide administrative support to the department and coordinate with internal and external clients on various cases

Your profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2-5 years of similar working experience in sales administration and/or order processing, ideally in the industrial sector
  • Good knowledge of CRM/ERP systems and MS Office (knowledge of SAP will be an asset)
  • Ability to speak, read and write fluently in English. Knowledge of other languages is considered as an extra asset.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication, active listening skills
  • Adaptable, strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail and critical thinking
  • Helpful and proactive manner with a customer service orientation
  • Great interpersonal and administrative skills
  • Business-oriented nature
  • Team Player who is willing to work cross-functionally
