Leoch International Technology Limited officially completed the acquisition of a 70% stake in Yuasa Battery (Guangdong) Co., Ltd, today. The handover ceremony was attended by Ms. Helen Hong, Executive Director and Chief Investment Officer of Leoch International, and Mr. Seiki Sakamoto, General Manager of Guangdong Yuasa.

Mr. Seiki Sakamoto expressed his excitement about the collaboration, marking the beginning of a new chapter for Guangdong Yuasa. He emphasized on his strong dedication to achieving shared goals.
