LEOCH EUROPE S.A. is aiming to expand Leoch development activities to the EMEA region by working closely with major OE manufactures, distributors and service providers as well as B2B customers who use our batteries. The Head office in Greece is the control hub of all Leoch EMEA hubs and operations conducted within the region and manages Lithium and Lead-Acid storage technology developments.

As part of our expansion program, we seek a talented individual to be part of our Operation Team established in Athens, Greece, as SALES SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR.
The new team member will be tasked with:
- Managing and coordinating customers’ orders in accordance with established procedures, specific instructions, regulations, and customer specifications
- Operating customers online portals and local ERP
- Ensuring prompt dispatch and delivery to our customers’ vessel agents
- Coordinating the stock planning for big accounts and generating purchase orders to the Headquarters
- Creating reports comparing forecast, budget, sales and costs
- Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborating with factories, EMEA offices and warehouses to ensure the smooth flow of goods and timely deliveries
- Reporting to and coordinating with the Operations Director
Candidate Profile:
- 5+ years previous experience/working knowledge within an operation environment
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration or relevant field
- Excellent knowledge of international transportation of goods and customs’ processes and procedures
- Excellent command of English language (Proficiency level – certified)
- Microsoft Office Proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Additional foreign language such as German and/or French will be considered as a plus
- Excellent presentation skills in English
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
