Leoch International Expects First-Half Profit to Rise by More Than 15%
Leoch International Technology Limited has announced an encouraging update on its performance during the first half of 2026, with profit attributable to owners of the parent expected to increase by more than 15% compared with the same period last year.
The outlook was shared in a positive profit alert issued on 20 July 2026, following a preliminary review of the Group’s financial performance for the six months ended 30 June.
The expected improvement is mainly attributable to higher gross profit from Leoch’s power solutions business. It offers a positive early indication of the performance of the Group’s core operations and highlights the continued importance of power solutions to Leoch’s overall business.
The expected increase is particularly notable against a challenging global operating environment. Trade frictions, geopolitical conflicts and exchange-rate fluctuations have all contributed to operating pressure, as the Company noted in its 2025 annual results. Against this backdrop, the positive profit alert provides an encouraging indication of Leoch’s performance during the first half of the year.
The forecast is based on the Group’s unaudited consolidated management accounts and other information currently available to the Company. Leoch expects to publish its full interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2026 on or before 31 August 2026.
